  Francine DiCiano, President/CEO

Francine DiCiano became the Chief Operations Officer in October 2007 and was appointed President/CEO on March 19, 2010.  Francine began her career in the non profit field at the Parent Resource Center, a child abuse prevention agency, and guided the agency through significant growth while serving as the Executive Director.  She is now overseeing the Stanislaus County 2-1-1 and the Volunteer Center of the United Way and sees opportunities for expansion of both programs to further serve our county.

Francine graduated from the University of San Francisco in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration with a Non-Profit emphasis.  She is a member of Modesto North Rotary and was the 2010-11 club President.
